PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister packaging material, its manufacturing method and a method for manufacturing a blister package which can efficiently manufacture the blister package having two sheets of front and back synthetic resin films and blister parts with flanges on their peripheral edges both for a small-lot production and for mass production. SOLUTION: The blister packaging material, having two sheets of front and back synthetic resin films and the blister parts with the flanges on their peripheral edges, keeps a window hole opened on the front face film, and a blister is projected from the inside from the window hole. The method for manufacturing the blister package has a process for unwinding a longitudinal synthetic resin film, a process for opening the window hole in the film, a process for inserting downward a blister with the flange on its peripheral edge into the window hole, a process for feeding a commodity into the blister, a process for covering the blister part with the back face film part, a process for fusion-cutting the blister package into which the commodity is stored on every packaging material unit.
