PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly flame-retardant resin processed product using a bleedout-proof reactive flame retardant. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant resin processed product is obtained by hardening a resin composition comprising a resin and the reactive flame retardant bindable to the resin followed by reacting the resin and the reactive flame retardant with each other by heating or irradiating the composition with radiation.
