PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing type paper rolling tool which can be well installed in a deep space or in a narrow space, is excellent in appearance and facilitates the exchange of a roll of paper. SOLUTION: The paper rolling toll 3 is constituted to be slidable between a using position where it is stored in the storing space S of a cabinet 1 and an exchanging position where it is drawn forward directly from the storing space S, and is so constituted that when it is drawn to the exchanging position, a paper cutting plate 6 is lifted up and the roll of paper 7 can be well taken out and put in a laterally.
