PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which gives a function of reproducing voice of an on-line radio station at standby for a network telephone, and makes the network telephone provided with more functions and higher utility values. SOLUTION: A CPU continuously supervises the network telephone whether there is information of telephone termination or origination. If there is information, the CPU closes a regeneration mode of the on-line radio station of the system, at the same time, activates an originating and termination mode of the normal network telephone, connects both of the system and a telephone conversation side, and supervises whether the both disconnect the connection. If the connection is not disconnected, the CPU continuously supervises. If the connection is disconnected or the information is not exist, the CPU activates the regeneration mode of the on-line radio station of the system, and executes the regeneration mode of the on-line radio station of the system.
