PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device capable of substantially uniformizing a winding diameter of a shutter curtain in a winding shaft in the shaft direction of the winding shaft, even if a special member such as a winding diameter adjusting member is not used. SOLUTION: Respective two covering members 24 and 25 have covering parts 24A and 25A for covering a part of a communicating part 23, and projecting parts 24B and 25B projecting from the communicating part 23. In both of the two covering members 24 and 25, among the communicating part 23, the communicating part 23 is covered with the two covering members 24 and 25 so that a shape of communication residual parts 23X and 23Y being a part except for a part covered with the covering parts 24A and 25A of one covering members 24 and 25, and a shape of the projecting parts 25B and 24B of the other covering members 25 and 24, become substantially parallel to the shaft direction of the winding shaft 2 and symmetric or substantially symmetric to the upper side 27 of the communicating part 23.
