PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw mechanism operable with lower friction while having sealing function, a top with a seal to be used for the same, and an electric power steering device using the same. SOLUTION: The seal 43b of the top 43 contacts a male screw groove 23b to seal a rolling passage formed by the male screw groove 23b and a female screw groove 45a.
