<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a specific content service to a customer who enters a specific area with a mobile machine, by a relatively simple constitution without requiring complicated operation. <P>SOLUTION: When an owner of a mobile machine 110 capable of transmitting an access permission information request by short-distance communication enters the specific area and transmits an access permission information request to a gate 120 installed in an entrance by short-distance communication, the gate 120 transmits access permission information such as entrance time information, an access ID, and a URL. The mobile machine 110 stores this received access permission information and uses the information to access a specific service. When the mobile machine 110 accesses a server 130 which provides the specific service, the server 130 confirms the ID which the mobile machine 110 has, and uses the entrance time information to obtain a time which has passed after the delivery of the ID, and compares this time with the available period of the ID.
