PURPOSE: A method for preventing a computer alteration using a software encoding technique based on a public key is provided to protect a computer system by installing software in accordance with a procedure authenticated by a computer system operator who executes connection authentication for the computer, thereby preventing an installation and a modulation of a software which is not verified. CONSTITUTION: A private key and a public key for encoding and decoding an execution file are created and stored in a computer system(S100). All execution files of the computer system are searched, a header file is encoded and stored in the computer system. When a program is installed, an execution file of the program is encoded using the private key and stored in the computer system(S200). The header of the encoded execution file is read and decoded using the public key, and the encoded execution file is executed(S300).
