PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of effectively and efficiently carrying out a unique campaign by each of a plurality of credit card member stores. SOLUTION: A member store server is connected with the card terminal device so that a two-way transmission of information is possible. Campaign information for issuing coupons to usage of a customer is registered, and customer information and sales information read from a card is received. A coupon information storing means stores generated coupon information in association with the customer information if there is applicable campaign information in regard to the sales information. If there is usable stored coupon information in regard to the sales information, the coupon information is sent to the card terminal device so it can be used.
