<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device suitable for forming a full color image by the use of an intermediate transfer medium by more effectively restraining reversely transferred toner and more uniformly maintaining image density over a much longer term. SOLUTION: An additive 12 consisting of two kinds of hydrophobic silica 13 and 14 whose average primary particle size is 7 to 16 nm and 40 to 50 nm and fusiform hydrophobic rutile anatase type titanium oxide 15 whose major axis diameter is 0.02 to 0.10 nm and whose axial ratio of the major axis and the minor axis is 2 to 8 is attached to the toner base particles 8a of one- component non-magnetic toner 8. By using the toner 8 including the titanium oxide 15 whose work function is larger than or nearly as large as that of the particles 8a as the additive and forming the full color image by the use of the intermediate transfer medium, the reversely transferred toner is restrained and the high-quality full color image is obtained.</p> |
