PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote access control system with high security ability. SOLUTION: In the remote access control system provided with a server device for transferring a transportable program code to a communication terminal through a network, the transportable program code has a communication function section which displays a communication function being an original purpose. The communication terminal is provided with at least a memory means for storing the transportable program code and a memory control means for deleting the stored contents of the memory means according to the indications output from the server device when the communication function section functions. The communication function section includes communications with the server device in its original purpose.
