PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new communication tool and a community space which use information image technology. SOLUTION: This system comprises one or more clients 110 which can use information image cards, an information image card managing server 120 which manages the information image cards, and a network 140 which connects the clients and information image card managing server so that they can communicate with each other in two ways. Each information image card is constituted as an information unit where image information and relative information are associated with each other and composed of a master card PC which is held by the client and a slave card CC which can be circulated on the network. The information image card managing server receives an application from one client and issues a master card unique to the client, which issues slave cards according to the issued master card and distributes the slave cards to other clients via the network.
