PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problems which include generation of jump- whitening noise and the like in a last video caused by unstable conduction between a coil spring forming a path and a member housing this coil spring, in the rotary drum device of the magnetic recording/reproducing device of a helical scanning system, where by contact with a magnetic tape, static electricity generated in a rotary magnetic head section is discharged to the ground from the rotary section through the path electrically connected to a fixed section. SOLUTION: A coil spring 2, for pressing a ground brush 35 brought into contact with the side part of the outer ring of a bearing conducted to a magnetic head along a through-hole 27a formed in an end ring 27, is formed into a shape having an open end part 2b. When it is disposed by being compressed in the through-hole 27a, both its ends are pressed into contact with a sidewall 27b of the through-hole 27a, and thus electrical conduction between the coil spring 2 and the end ring 27 is secured.
