PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stability of a body of an operator in upright driving favourable in workability and visibility and to simultaneously attemperate fatigue fue to driving operation. SOLUTION: A waist supporting device 30 is set on a back surface plate 23 in the rear of a driver's seat 11. A fixed plate 31 of the waist supporting device 30 is free to be positioned in the vertical direction with a specified pitch. A second arm 35 on which a cushion material 37 is installed is provided free to slide in the longitudinal direction on a first arm 33 fixed on an upper part front surface of the fixed plate 31. Adjustment of the cushion material 37 in the longitudinal direction is carried out by a knob 47. Consequently, it is possible to optically set a position of the cushion material 37 in the longitudinal direction and in the vertical direction at a position of liking of the operator. Consequently, it is possible to maintain stability of a body of the operator in upright driving favourable in workability and visibility and simultaneously attemperate fatigue due to driving operation.
