PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination switch actuated by means of light receiving/ emitting elements and equipped with an operation lever having a slimmed shape by simplifying a structure in the operation lever. SOLUTION: This combination switch is equipped with a light switch means. A case 32 has a lever disposed therein in a rockable manner. A light emitting element 9 and a light receiving element 10 constitute the light switch means. A light guiding body 34 guides the light emitted from the light emitting element 9 to movable pieces 16, 19, 26, 28, and the movable pieces 16, 19, 26, 28 interrupt/release the light emitted from the light emitting element 9. A lower cover 29 is provided with outgoing holes 29l, 29m, 29n, 29p, 29q, 29r, 29s, 29t, 29u, 29v, on one end thereof, for irradiating the light receiving element 10, and incoming holes 29b, 29c, 29d, 29e, 29f, 29g, 29h, 29i, 29j, 29k, on the other end thereof, through which the light from the light guiding body 34 comes into the movable pieces 16, 19, 26, 28.
