PURPOSE: An electrode material of a plasma display panel is provided to improve the thermal, electrical and sputtering resistant characteristics of the electrode. CONSTITUTION: An electrode material of a plasma display panel is formed with a nitride compound, or a mixture made by mixing the nitride compound and a conductive metal material powder. After the mixture is formed, a paste is formed by mixing the mixture powder and a organic solvent. Then, an electrode is formed by sintering with a fixed temperature after depositing the paste on a substrate with a fixed thickness. The nitride compound is one of TiN, ZrN, MoN, CeN, ScN and HfN. And the conductive metal material is one of Al, Cu, Ni, Ag and Au. The electrode has an improved thermal, electrical characteristics. |
