摘要 |
PURPOSE: A steel wire for a high intensity spring is provided to be used for a vehicle and general machinery, and to have excellent spring molding property. CONSTITUTION: A steel wire has high intensity more than 1960 MPa for increasing fatigue intensity and permanent fatigue resistance. The steel wire is produced with a strand processing which is continually annealing and copying the drawn wire. Also, the steel wire is composed of 0.4 to 0.7wt% of C, 1.2 to 2.5wt% of Si, 0.1 to 0.5wt% of Mn, 0.4 to 2.0wt% of Cr, and 0.0001 to 0.0005wt% of Al. The wire also has P less than 0.015wt% and S less than 0.015wt%. The remaining part is Fe and impurities and the size of the non-metal installation is less than 15 micrometer.
