PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-glare sheet which is hard to damage the image display surface, capable of reducing the contamination associated with the imprinting of the external light and charging, and capable of obtaining the image cleaner and easier to watch. SOLUTION: In a non-glare sheet, a non-glare layer consisting of the hardened film of the energy ray hardening resin composition containing conductive particles and other particles is formed on a transparent film, the surface resistance value of the non-glare layer is <=1.0×10<13> Ω/sq., the haze value is 1-5%, the visibility of the transmitted image at the optical comb width of 0.05 mm in an image clarity measuring instrument is >=60%, and the visibility of the transmitted image at the optical comb width of 2.0 mm is >=80%. |
