FIBER AND THERMOPLASTIC RESIN MATERIAL SUPPLYING DEVICE AND PLASTICIZING DEVICE EQUIPPED THEREWITH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a plasticizing device equipped with a screw type transfer means of resin injector or extruder and smoothly and stably supply a thermoplastic resin material and fibers to the plasticizing device. SOLUTION: A device is equipped with a cylindrical material supply passage having a discharge opening 45 at its bottom end open part. Fibers L1 having an average fiber length of 3-50mm and granular or powdery thermoplastic resin material P which are charged into the material supply passage are supplied to a plasticizing device from the discharge opening 45. In this case, an angle to a vertical line of a crossover line formed by a crossing of the vertical face including the central part of the discharge opening 45 and the inner wall face of the material supply passage is set within a range of 0-30 deg. at the whole area of the inner wall face.
