PURPOSE:To simplify the channel selection and to enhance the function performance by decreasing the number of channel selection designation, sound volume adjustment and menu selection switches in the remote controller. CONSTITUTION:When channel selection is made, a rotary switch 1 is turned to allow a bar 10 interrupts a pulse generating mechanical switch 9 thereby generating a pulse signal. Then rotating direction detection switches 7, 15 detect the direction of rotation to decide UP/DOWN and when a desired channel is obtained, the entire rotary switch 1 is pressed to set a decision switch 11 thereby selecting a channel. When a sound volume is adjusted, a sound volume switch 3 is depressed to turn on a sound volume operation designation switch 12 and to turn the rotary switch 1 thereby applying UP/DOWN control to sound volume. |
