PURPOSE:To compensate slip with lapse of time caused between a driving roller and a photosensitive body by increasing the speed of the photosensitive body or decreasing the feeding speed of a recording paper every time the number of rotating times of the photosensitive body attains a specified value or every time the number of passing recording papers attains a specified value. CONSTITUTION:The decrease of the diameter of the driving roller 2 for the belt-like photosensitive body 1 is increased as the number of traveling and rotating times of the photosensitive body or the number of passing recording papers is increased. In order to make the speed of the photosensitive body coincident with the speed of the recording paper, the revolving speed of the driving roller must be increased in accordance with the decrease of the diameter of the roller 2 or the speed of the passing recording paper must be decreased in a state where the revolving speed of the driving roller is made constant. Therefore, a driving motor for driving the roller 2 and a paper feeding driving motor for driving a resist roller 12 being the feeding means of the recording paper are formed as a motor independent of the driving motor of a developing device 8, and both of them are constituted as a revolving speed variable motor. |
