A method for producing a new medicine which is useful for both treating and/or preventing peptic ulcer diseases and gastritis (through the eradication of Helicobacter pylori colonizing the upper gastrointestinal tract) by anti-Helicobacter pylori antibodies which are extracted either from blood or milk of domestic animals, and the methods for preparing the medicines containing anti-Helicobacter pylori antibodies of either milk or blood origins as an active ingredient.
