PURPOSE:To enable manufacture at a low baking temperature by adding CuO, Bi2O3, Nd2O3 to a dielectric raw material containing Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3, Pb(Ni1/3 Nb2/3)O3 and PbTiO3, and dispersing powder prepared by baking and crushing the compound having Li2CO3 added further in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:To 100 parts by weight of dielectric raw material prepared with 0.60-0.68mol of Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3, 0.04-0.16mol of Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3) and 0.22-0.30mol of PbTiO so as to be 1mol in total, 2.0-5.0 parts by weight of CuO, 0.3-0.1 parts by weight of Bi2O3, and 1.2-2.6 parts by weight of Nd2O3 added. Furthermore to 100 parts by weight of dielectric raw material, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of Li2CO3 is added to have a composition. The composition is baked and crushed to have powder, which is dispersed in a vehicle. It is thus possible to enable baking at 850 deg.C lower than the conventional temperatures and formation of a dielectric layer having higher specific dielectric constant than the conventional level. |
