PURPOSE:To multiplex plural digital voice signals on a digital picture signal by providing an A/D converter circuit, a synchronizing separator circuit, a control circuit, a prediction coding circuit, a reset value generating circuit and a multiplex circuit. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converter circuit 1 converts an analog picture signal into a digital picture signal, and a prediction coding circuit 3 converts the digital picture signal into a difference signal 60, which is sent to a multiplex circuit 6. Moreover, A synchronizing separator circuit 2 separates a horizontal synchronizing signal and a vertical synchronizing signal from an analog picture signal and extracts them. Then the control circuit 5 receives the horizontal synchronizing signal and the vertical synchronizing signal to generate a 1st control signal 50 and a 2nd control signal 55. A reset value generating circuit 4 generates a reset signal 70 based on the 1st control signal 50 and sends it to the multiplex circuit 6. As a result, the multiplex circuit 6 based on the 2nd control signal 55 applies multiplex processing of the difference signal 60, a reset signal 70 and plural inputted digital voice signals. |
