PRODUCTION OF MULTILAYER PRINTED WIRING BOARD

PURPOSE:To safely and easily advance work while preventing positional shift by inserting a pin having a T-shaped cross-sectional shape in the positioning opening part formed to a laminate consisting of respective materials at a predetermined position and performing laminate molding while holding the positional relation between the respective materials of the laminate. CONSTITUTION:An inner layer material 1 containing an inner layer circuit at least on the single surface thereof, a predetermined number of prepregs (adhesive materials) 2 and a predetermined number of outer layer materials 3 becoming outer layer circuits are laminated and this laminate is perforated at predetermined positions to form positioning opening parts 6. Positioning pins 7 each having a T-shaped cross-sectional shape are inserted in said opening parts 6 from below in an inverted T-shape state to hold the whole of the laminate and the positional shift in the inner layer circuit is prevented. The opening positions for the pins 7 are pref. formed to the outer edge part of the laminate and, when the opening parts 6 are formed to the end parts of the laminate, 'ear' parts can be removed by cutting after molding while the pins 7 collapsed in a flange state are applied and the pins 7 can be made disposable.
