<p>The process comprises formation of a 40-60 percent resin(s) dispersion in a suitable medium, for mixing of 30-80 parts of this with 5-10 parts diluent contg. 1-2 parts of an antiskin agent, 2-5 parts of a lead free dryer, 2-6 parts of a smoothing agent and 1-5 parts of a preservative. - The resulting mixt. is treated with 30-65 parts of a pigment compsn. comprising fluorescent metal sulphides and pigments, once the dispersion is stabilised and capable of retaining the pigment.</p> |
