Disposable pants enabling the firm connection of a crotch region to a front abdominal region while securing the stretchability of the front abdominal region in a pants structure in which the crotch region and the front abdominal region formed separately from each other are connected to each other. The disposable pants (1) comprise both functions of pants and diaper, and a left front abdominal region (2a) and a right front abdominal region (2b) can be stretched to right and left sides by breaking right and left breakage parts (17b, 17a). Adhering pieces (22a, 22b) detachably fitted to the adhering parts (23a, 23b) of a center front abdominal region (2c) are fitted to the right front abdominal region (2b) and the left front abdominal region (2a). The crotch region (4) on which an absorbent (43) is fitted is connected to the center front abdominal region (2c) by using sheet materials (45a, 45b) so that the stretchability of the center front abdominal region (2c) by an elastic member (19c) is not obstructed.
