摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To uniformly distribute activated carbon particles on a filter material and improve the harmful gas removing efficiency by blowing the activated carbon particles to flow between a positive pole and a negative pole and allowing them to stick to an adhesive while applying high voltage to the positive pole and the negative pole which is composed of a net and kept from the positive pole in a prescribed distance and to which the adhesive is applied. CONSTITUTION:While high voltage is applied between a positive pole 1 and a negative pole 3 which is composed of a net body 4 and kept from the positive pole 1 in a prescribed distance and to which an adhesive 5 is applied, activated carbon particles 6 are blown to flow between the positive pole 1 and the negative pole 3 to stick them to a filter material. As a result, the activated carbon particles are uniformly distributed on the filter material. Also, since the negative pole is composed of a metal net 4 to which the adhesive 5 is applied, the adhesion of the activated carbon particles 6 to the adhesive 5 can be firm due to the adhesive property of the adhesive 5 and the porous structure of the activated carbon particles 6, and even in the case the resulting activated carbon filter is set in air flow, the activated carbon particles 6 are prevented from dropping.</p>
