The present invention provides an organic electroluminescence display device and an operating method thereof, capable of preventing a display panel from having a bright line and a bright spot, which are progressive. The present invention comprises: a display panel including first and second switching transistors, an operating transistor, and multiple pixels including an organic light emitting diode; a gate operating part separately applying a sensing control voltage and a gate voltage to a gate of the first switching transistor and a gate of the second switching transistor; a data operating part applying a data voltage to a source of the first switching transistor; a power supply part separately applying an operating voltage and a reference voltage to a drain of the operating transistor and a source of the second switching transistor; a threshold voltage compensation part compensating for a threshold voltage of the operating transistor depending on a sink current, flowing in the drain and source of the second switching transistor, and detecting a short circuit of the operating transistor and the second switching transistor; and a stress voltage supply part separately applying a first or second stress voltage to the short-circuited second switching transistor or operating transistor. |
