PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a mixture comprising two or more different antibodies in a single recombinant host cell.SOLUTION: A method comprises expressing the following nucleic acid constructs: a) at least one nucleic acid construct encoding a common light chain, and b) two or more nucleic acid constructs encoding a heavy chain, the two or more nucleic acid constructs comprising b1) two or more nucleic acid constructs encoding two or more different first heavy chains, or b2) at least one nucleic acid construct encoding a first heavy chain; at least one nucleic acid construct encoding a second heavy chain which is capable of forming disulphide bonds or covalent or stable non-covalent inter-heavy chain bonds with an identical CH region in the presence of IVIG or when administered to a mammal or human being; wherein each of the heavy chains is capable of pairing with the light chain to form a functional antibody.SELECTED DRAWING: None
