PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact rotation angle sensor with accuracy of magnetoelectric conversion improved, a magnetic sensor signal processing sensor installed therein and another axis sensitivity adjusting method for a magnetic sensor.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor signal processing circuit 10 comprises: an Xch signal amplifier circuit 101 that acquires an output signal VsigX to be obtained from an X component in a rotating magnetic field through magnetoelectric conversion; a Zch signal amplifier circuit 111 that acquires an output signal VsigZch to be obtained from a Z component in the rotating magnetic field; a temporally-dividing and combining part 103 that outputs a temporally-divided and combined signal VsigZx which is obtained by combining the output signal VsigZch and the output signal VsigX on a temporal axis after temporally dividing those, and outputs a temporally-divided and combined signal VsigXZ based on the output signal VsigX; a Zch ΔΣ modulation AD converter circuit 117 that applies AD conversion to the temporally-divided and combined signal VsigZX; and an Xch ΔΣ modulation AD converter circuit 107 that applies AD conversion to the temporally-divided and combined signal VsigXZ.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
