The present invention relates to a system for the regulation of interlayer noise. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to inhibit the generation of interlayer noise effectively while preventing emotional collision or physical struggle between neighbors by allowing a sensor for detecting interlayer noise to detect noise, displaying the generation of noise above a set value to a third party and enabling the third party to urge a noise-generating household to refrain from generating noise. The system for the regulation of interlayer noise comprises: a detection part (10) installed on any one among an upper part and a lower part of a floor slab (2) and the lower end surface of flooring (3) of an apartment house (1) and including a sensor (11) for detecting noise or vibration; a control part (20) for determining whether or not the noise or vibration is above a set value when the noise or vibration is detected by the detection part; and a display part (30) for displaying the generated noise or vibration determined to be above the set value by the control part, wherein the display part (30) is a first display part (31) for display to a sufferer from the noise or vibration or a second display part (32) for display to a third party. |
