Disclosed is a solar cell of super straight structure based on CZTS as a light absorption layer. The solar cell includes a transparent substrate, a first transparent electrode arranged on the transparent substrate, a buffer layer arranged on the first electrode layer, a light absorption layer arranged on the buffer layer, and a second electrode layer connected to the light absorption layer. Because the solar cell excludes the use of a Mo material, an insulating middle layer such as Mo(S,Se)2 is originally not generated, thereby obtaining high efficiency.
