PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reactivity, high-hardness aqueous radiation-curable coating agent.SOLUTION: The provided aqueous radiation-curable coating composition is obtained by dispersing, in water, a urethane acrylate obtained by chain-extending a prepolymer comprising (i) at least one polyisocyanate compound, (ii) a polyol provided as an optional component, (iii) at least one hydrophilic compound possessing at least one reactive group which can react with an isocyanate group and capable of providing a salt enabling the dispersion of a polyurethane prepolymer in an aqueous medium either directly or after being reacted with a neutralizer, (iv) a (meth)acrylic compound possessing at least two reactive groups which can react with isocyanate groups, and (v) at least one (meth)acrylated compound fundamentally possessing one reactive group which can react with an isocyanate group. |
