The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent device which comprises: a lower electrode formed on a transparent substrate; an organic thin film layer which is formed on the lower electrode and includes a light emitting layer; a translucency upper electrode formed on the organic thin film layer; a functional layer which is formed on the upper electrode and mutually reinforces and interferes lights transmitted; and a reflective layer formed on the functional layer, and to a method for manufacturing the same.
