PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable winding device and a flat cable routing structure in which even when a plurality of overlapping flat cables are used, the flat cables can be prevented from being damaged by looseness occurring due to the difference between the inner circumference and the outer circumference thereof, so that the flat cables can be smoothly wound and unwound.SOLUTION: A flat cable winding device 1 comprises a case 30 for housing a plurality of overlapping flat cables 2, a central shaft 31 fixed in the case, a rotation table 4 provided rotatably around the central shaft, and a reversing roller 6 for reversing the flat cables, having been wound from the outside of the case, by advancing them toward the central shaft. Block bodies 7 are arranged together with the reversing roller along a circumferential direction of the rotation table, and the block bodies respectively have winding surfaces 7b that extend along an arc of a circle concentric with the central shaft and on which the flat cables are wound. |
