PURPOSE: A flux controlling member and a display device including thereof are provided to include a first refractive unit and a second refractive unit which have different refractive rate, thereby facilitating the control of flux. CONSTITUTION: A light incoming unit (110) enables the light income. A first refractive unit (120) directly contacts with the light incoming unit. The first refractive unit has a different refractive rate with the light incoming unit. A second refractive unit (130) directly contacts with the first refractive unit. The second refractive unit has a different refractive rate with the first refractive unit. |
