<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molding structure capable of manufacturing a molding structure with higher quality. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a door trim 10 including a trim board 20 and a mounting boss 30 formed on the trim board 20 includes: a base material forming process for forming the trim board 20 by press-molding a preboard P1 containing fiber 26 and thermoplastic resin by an upper die 51 and a lower die 61; and a molding forming process for forming the mounting boss 30 in a state of being joined to the trim board 20 by injecting molten resin to a runner 67 formed on a facing surface 61A of the lower die 61 facing to the upper die 51 in a state that the trim board 20 is pressed by the upper die 51 and the lower die 61. The facing surface 61A of the lower die 61 facing to the upper die 51 is formed with a frictional resistance part 64 in which the frictional resistance of the surface is higher than the surroundings along the runner 67. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
