PURPOSE: A carrier for loading and unloading cargo is provided to maximize the transportability and movement by minimizing the load of the carrier. CONSTITUTION: A carrier for loading and unloading cargo(1) comprises a main body part(10), a lifting unit(20), and a locking unit(30). The main body part has a frame(11) for receiving the cargo; and a handle(12) by which wheels(2,3) change the directions. The lifting unit comprises a pair of fixing rods(21) on the frame of the main body part. The lifting unit ascends and descends the carrier to load and unload the cargo by interlocking with the fixing rods. The locking unit is engaged with the frame of the main body part and the lifting unit and automatically fixes the cargo in the lifted state.
