COUPLING FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PHC FILE

PURPOSE: A coupling for manufacturing a PHC(Prestressed High-strength Concrete) pile is provided to prevent a safety accident since a heavy connection tensile plate is not used and to improve the productivity of a PHC pile by reducing working hours required to manufacture a PHC pile. CONSTITUTION: A coupling to manufacture a PHC(Prestressed High-strength Concrete) pile includes a bolt unit(10) and an intermediate coupling component(20). The bolt unit includes a one-side axis member, an other-side axis member, a one-side ring-shaped cogging and an other-side ring-shaped cogging. The one-side axis member is provided with a head part on one side. The other-side axis member is formed on the other side of the one-side axis member, and with a male screw thread on the circumferential surface. The one-side ring-shaped cogging and another-side ring-shaped cogging are formed on one side and the other side of the one-side axis member respectively to be placed in between the head part and the female screw thread. The intermediate coupling component has one side and the other side bent toward the direction of the one-side axis member of the bolt part, and a housing slit accommodating the one-side axis member of the bolt part.
