PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate wasteful manhour nor materials such as forming hollow forms of thin steel plates and paper at every time of manufacturing void slabs, leaving the manufactured forms in concrete as they are, and disposing of them. SOLUTION: Reinforcements are arranged in a concrete form having a bottom wall and side walls rising from the circumference of the bottom wall and a plurality of air bags 18 in their swelled states are arranged therein. Then, the longitudinal both ends of respective air bags 18 are brought in contact with the side walls of the concrete form. Secondly, concrete is placed inside the concrete form and hardened to be formed into a reinforced concrete body 14. The air of the air bag 18 is released therefrom so that the air bags 18 are contracted and detached from the end face 1402 of the reinforced concrete body 14.
