The arrangement has a pusher controlled electrical unit (30) that is movable between an extreme inactive position in which a pusher (40) is at rest, and an extreme active position in which the pusher is controlled to traverse a determined time. The pusher pushes a sliding lateral door leaf (16) from a closed position to an intermediate gap position during the determined time. The gap position is arranged between the closed position and an opened position, in which an edge (22) of the leaf is arranged at a determined distance from an edge (26) of a lateral opening (14).
