PURPOSE: A heat insulating structure is provided to ensure high impact resistance and bending rigidity since the insulating member is used as a buffer material. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating structure comprises first and second plates(100,200), an insulating member(300) and a pressing member(400). In order that an internal space is formed, the first plate is bent or curved. The second plate surrounds the first plate. The second plate is separated from the outer surface of the first plate. The insulating member is formed between the first and second plates. The pressing member presses and fastens the first and second plates toward the insulating member.
