<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment adjusting mechanism of a torsion beam type suspension capable of further easily and finely adjusting a toe angle and a camber angle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The alignment adjusting mechanism of the torsion beam type suspension includes: a toe angle adjusting member installed on a torsion beam so that a rotation angle around the substantially vertical direction to the torsion beam can be adjusted; and a camber angle adjusting member installed in a toe angle adjusting mechanism so that a rotation angle around the substantially vehicle axis direction to the toe angle adjusting mechanism can be adjusted and connected to a wheel.
