PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of improving accessibility to the back side of the game machine and effectively preventing a fraud to a board disposed inside the game machine by largely opening a back surface body forward even when the back surface body is installed on the back side of the game machine. SOLUTION: A Pachinko machine 52 includes: a housing frame 53; a machine frame swingably supported at a side-edge swinging support position of the housing frame 53; a back surface plate 55 disposed rearward the housing frame 53 and swingably supported at the housing frame 53 at an inside swinging support position to open/close the front surface; and a board case 57 demountably mounted to the side of the front surface 56 of the back surface body 55. The back surface plate 55 is formed with a locking hole 55a, the board case 57 is formed with a hook portion 61, and the board case 57 is mounted to the back surface body 55 and prevented from being demounted from the back surface body 55, on the basis of an operation from the side of the front surface 56 of the back surface body 55.
