PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage structure of a dishwasher, which can prevent the accumulation of soil, the growth of slime and the generation of a malodor, and a kitchen cabinet system with the drainage structure. SOLUTION: In this drainage structure of the dishwasher 3, a guide pipe 7 for guiding washing wastewater of the dishwater 3 is connected to a drain pipe 8 for discharging the wastewater in a sink 5. The drain pipe 8 comprises a basket storage portion 26 for housing a garbage basket 30 for collecting garbage contained in the wastewater, and a trap portion 27 which is arranged on the downstream side of the basket storage portion 26 so as to prevent a backflow of the malodor. The guide pipe 7 is connected to the upstream side of the basket storage portion 26 of the drainage pipe 8, and an inner wall 31 of the basket storage portion 26 is washed with the washing wastewater of the dishwasher 3.
