A manufacturing method of a cylinder head for a diesel vehicle is provided to reduce a loss due to disuse of the hot top part by performing a plasma treatment process of a hot top part, thereby maintaining quality of a product as it is while reducing the size of hot top. A manufacturing method of a cylinder head for a diesel vehicle using a gravity casting method comprises installing a plasma generator(11) on an upper part of a hot top part of a casting, and generating plasma from the plasma generator from a moment when pouring is completed to stir the hot top part. The manufacturing method comprises using graphite electrodes as electrodes of the plasma generator to generate even at a temperature of the aluminum casting process or more. The manufacturing method comprises installing a plurality of the electrodes of the plasma generator side by side such that the electrodes are applied to the entire area of a cylinder head. The manufacturing method comprises connecting a motor to top parts of the electrodes of the plasma generator and installing a rotor in the electrodes in a state that the rotor is connected to the motor to rotate the rotor and rotate hot top by the rotating rotor when plasma is generated .
