A functional water which supplements minerals that are deficient in the human body through water and which is beneficial and useful to the human body as compared with mineral water, and a method for producing the same are provided. A method for producing mineral-containing magnetized and activated functional water comprises the steps of: (a) producing activated water containing activated heavy oxygen by aerating the activated air into tap water or underground water after preparing activated air by magnetizing air in an activated air generator(11); (b) pouring activated water into a reactor(20), injecting mineral powder into the reactor, and distilling the mixture at a reduced pressure to elute and ionize minerals from the powder; (c) discharging vapor containing ionized minerals through a condenser(30) comprising a stone pipe(33), a magnet pipe(32) and a glass pipe(31) to condensate the vapor; and (d) mixing tocopherol, ubiquinone and iron salt with condensed mineral-containing magnetized and activated water.
