STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING PRECIOUS STONES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for installing precious stones for stably and firmly attaching precious stones on watch cases and watch bands. SOLUTION: A short tubular member 1 is provided with a diameter-reduced section 2 in the middle and is formed integrally by a rim section 3 that flares out at the top and a diameter-widened section 4 at the bottom. A precious stone 5 is fixed by compulsorily impacting it at the position of the diameter-reduced section 2 inside the short tubular member 1 and the short tubular member 1 is implanted and fixed by compulsorily impacting it into an installing hole 7 bored on a mounted member 6 such as watch cases and watch bands.
