PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central management apparatus for managing a plurality of nodes on a network that manages network apparatuses in a unified way, can set each network apparatus by ensuring consistency and eliminate the need for manual setting or the like by an operation administrator that is required afterward. SOLUTION: An operation management integrated node 19 manages a configuration apparatus of a network comprising: a router 11; a switch 12; a firewall 13; a switch 14; a load distributor 15; a switch 16; and a server firm 17 as an internal configuration of a virtual node. The operation management integrated node 19 allows the operation administrator to set each apparatus in compliance with a common command format, and the operation administrator converts the common format into a command for the apparatus and thereafter applies the command to the apparatus to set the apparatus, and also checks the consistency of the setting definition of the common format.
